Our Award-winning program is your chance to start a career as a Salesforce professional. We provide motivated newcomers with in-demand digital skills, employability and soft skills training, direct connections with employers. We were founded in 2019 (formerly known as RefugeeForce) in Amsterdam and are actively working in The Netherlands, Finland, and Denmark.

Not just another course

Through an intensive and comprehensive technical program, we prepare you to start your career in Salesforce - the world's #1 customer relationship management (CRM) and cloud-computing platform - and launch your career as a Salesforce Developer. Our classroom-based program includes 120 hours of technical training and professional networking through direct connections with Salesforce professionals and employers.

Successful participants have an interest in coding, logic, functional consulting, or technical skills
Most participants have a basic understanding of programming concepts and a logic-based approach to problem solving.
We find that particularly successful participants come with an intrinsic motivation to learn, a commitment to self-improvement, and dynamic resourcefulness
This program is conducted entirely in English

Responsibilities

👨‍💻 You only need to apply once. After we receive your application, we will contact you for next steps. Applying multiple times or under different names/emails to the same program reflects poorly on your candidacy.

❗ Admission is not guaranteed. Admission to this program is competitive. We only accept ~20% of applicants so make sure your application is strong before submitting.

⏱️ Program days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, half days (4 hours per day) in person

⏱️ Program duration:

Phase 1: Technical Training, 8 weeks (in classroom) |

Phase 2: Land A Job You Love, 6 weeks (online) |

Phase 3: Career Matchmaking, ongoing support (no study required) |

📆 End date (Phase 1): Wednesday 3rd June, 2026

Requirements

This program is exclusively for refugees and newcomers living in the Rotterdam area with a migration or refugee background and the right to work. Those that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

Do you live in central Rotterdam? (max 1 hour traveling distance)
Are you able to attend in-person sessions for 2 months in central Rotterdam?
Are you able to commit 5+ hours per week for homework and self-study?

Are you confident with your spoken and written English level? (Dutch speaking is not necessary)
